Program to Recognize Excellence in Student Literary Magazines (PRESLM)
This program for middle schools, junior high, and high schools recognizes students, teachers, and schools for producing excellent literary magazines and encourages all schools to develop literary magazines, seeking excellence in writing and school-wide participation in production. Results for 2009 will be posted on the website in January, 2010. (Watch for 2010 brochure in February 2010. Entry Deadline June 30, 2010. )
Promising Young Writers (for 8th grade students)
This school-based writing program stimulates and recognizes student's writing talents and emphasizes the importance of writing skills among eighth-grade students. 2010 Brochure Entry Deadline February 10, 2010.
